MISSION
The mission of the Chief of Reserves and Cadets Division is to provide advice and, when mandated, direction in support of defence objectives pertaining to the Reserve Force and to deliver DND sponsored Youth Programs.
VISION
This division will be "an organization that is relevant, credible and proactive in facilitating the Reserve Force contribution to the defence mission. The division will also deliver an enviable Youth Development Program that assists today’s youth in becoming Canada’s leaders of tomorrow through a set of fun, challenging, well organized and safe activities."
